the venue has secure setting in the middle of the city. the host, anneliese, makes you feel at home.

Both my family and I felt very welcome here. The host made me feel at home. They provided me with a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and central heating. Appreciated to wake up to street view. Toast, cereal, yoghourt, and fruit were offered for breakfast.

We stayed here for 2 eventful nights. The room was clean, you could also use a bathtub here.

I just needed a place for an overnight stay, everything was very comfortable. The location was great, just off local restaurants, and Hearne bay, I couldn't have asked for anything better. And I was located in the middle of the city. I had a warm welcome from the host. Appreciated private bathroom. An electric kettle and fridges were available, in case you cook.

Good selection of cereals, fruit juice, and fruit. Tea and coffee were enjoyable. Choice of bread for toast provided. Helpful advice on local restaurants. Lovely and comfortable room with ensuite shower and tasteful decor. Outstanding breakfast with fresh fruit, berries, cereals, juices, and a great selection of jams and marmalades. Quiet location, perfect for exploring the area. Friendly and helpful host. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

That there was no TV in the room, which would have been nice to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. there was some noise from thump-thump music until around 10:15 pm, which was a bit annoying when we were trying to enjoy some quiet time.

We loved staying at this cozy home stay. the hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. the homestay was clean and comfortable, with tasteful decorations. the room had thoughtful touches like robes and slippers and a lovely ensuite with a powerful shower. We appreciated the early check-in and the room being warm during our December stay. the location was excellent, with easy access to the motorway and the ability to navigate to other parts of Kent. As bike riders, we found the secure parking and quiet location very convenient.

We felt really comfortable during our stay and had no complaints at all.
